Welcome to Knockout Rentals. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation for our jet ski rental services. By reserving and using our jet skis, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Reservation and Payment

• Reservation Fee: We charge 30% of the rental fee upfront to secure your reservation. The reservation fee is non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the rental time.
• Security Deposit: A security damage deposit of $600 per unit is required at the time of pick-up. This deposit is fully refundable if the jet skis are returned in the same condition as they were picked up and the fuel tank is at the same level as when picked up. 

Equipment and Capacity

• Provided Equipment: Life vests and necessary safety equipment are provided.
• Capacity: Each jet ski can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child, with a 19-gallon fuel tank.
• Fuel: Fuel is not included in the rental fee.

Rental Requirements

• Identification: A driver's license or photo identification with an address is required at the time of rental.
• Age Requirement: Renters must be 18 years or older. A boater's education card is not required.
• Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption while operating a motor vehicle on the water is strictly prohibited. A designated driver is required for all vehicles if alcohol is present.

Liability and Legal Disclaimer

• Liability: All liability for any accidents or damages rests solely on the person who reserved the jet ski. Knockout Rentals and its owners/employees are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the rental period.
• Legal Action: By using this website and our rental services, you agree not to sue or take legal action against Knockout Rentals and/or its owners/employees under any circumstances.

Additional Terms

• Safety Compliance: Renters must comply with all local, state, and federal boating laws and regulations.
• Damage and Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage or loss to the jet ski or equipment during the rental period. Knockout Rentals reserves the right to charge the credit card on file, if the damage/loss is greater than the security deposit. 
• Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Weather Policy: Rentals may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather conditions. Knockout Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to unsafe weather conditions.
• Cancellations: Knockout Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason at any time.
